These terms describe how Mazak Global handles website use, RFQ communication, preliminary sourcing discussions and buyer-submitted information. They are written for practical B2B work. A quotation, purchase order, supply agreement, distributor agreement or quality agreement may add more specific commercial terms. If a signed agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement controls for that transaction.
Content on this website is provided for general manufacturing supply planning. Product references, machine-tool language, CNC process descriptions, service examples and documentation notes are not a guarantee that a specific item is available, approved for your application or suitable for your facility. Buyers remain responsible for validating technical fit, safety requirements, regulatory obligations and internal approval rules.
When you submit a request, you authorize Mazak Global to review the information, contact you about the project and share relevant non-confidential details with suppliers, distributors, logistics partners or technical reviewers when needed to evaluate the request. Please mark any confidential information before submission. We may decline to process a request that lacks essential technical context, appears restricted, or requires controls that have not been agreed in writing.
Any quotation is based on the information available at the time it is prepared. Prices, availability, lead times, certificate options, freight terms and alternates can change until confirmed by an accepted order. Changes to drawings, models, quantities, specifications, inspection requirements, packaging, destination, export conditions or delivery dates may require a revised quotation.
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate drawings, part descriptions, machine models, serial context, specifications, quality requirements, export or import restrictions and receiving instructions. The buyer must also confirm that ordered items are suitable for the intended use. Mazak Global may provide practical fit review and documentation coordination, but those services do not replace the buyer's engineering approval.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mazak Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from website use, preliminary discussions or reliance on general website content. Specific remedies for an accepted transaction are governed by the applicable purchase documents.
