What to include for a clean first review.

For Mazak CNC, lathe, mill, laser or tooling requests, include machine model, controller, serial context if available, part family, quantity, current failure or production need, required delivery window and any receiving documents your organization requires. If this is a replenishment program, add historical consumption or minimum stocking targets. If this is a maintenance issue, describe downtime impact and whether an approved alternate is acceptable.

  • Drawings, photos or model references help us reduce quote loops.
  • Inspection, certificate and packaging requirements should be stated early.
  • Urgent requests should include the latest acceptable ship date.
